ck48 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck48 ("ck48", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at ck48.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ck48 platform — including its sportsbook, live casino, slots, or any other game product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ck48 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. These Terms are published in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with ck48 and use any of our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck48 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21. Players who are found to be under this age will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds deposited will be returned via the original payment method.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must be the registered account holder and the beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit funds. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information submitted is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria described above. ck48 reserves the right to decline registration applications at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

03 Account Management

Each player may hold only one account with ck48. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If ck48 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same player, all accounts may be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ck48 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your ck48 account on your behalf.

ck48 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks at any time. This may include requesting a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ck48 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Account closure may be requested at any time by contacting ck48 customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method provided all KYC requirements have been met and no investigation is pending.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ck48 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka BDT. ck48 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — mobile financial service by BRAC Bank
• Nagad — mobile financial service by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile financial service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile financial service by United Commercial Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ck48 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via the supported mobile wallet providers. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your provider's terms for details.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ck48 will process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with ck48 support. ck48 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical deposit or betting history.

ck48 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are their rightful owner.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ck48 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

General rules applicable to all ck48 bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per qualifying event, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. When a player holds both bonus funds and real-money funds, real-money funds are used first unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• ck48 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds if it believes the player has misused or abused the promotion.
• Where a bonus has been credited in error or as a result of a system fault, ck48 reserves the right to reclaim those funds regardless of whether they have been partially wagered.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using software or bots to generate artificial wagers, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ck48's sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the platform and are updated periodically. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

General sportsbook rules include:

• A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been generated and the stake has been deducted from the player's account balance.
• ck48 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum exposure on any single market or event at its sole discretion.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered after bets have been accepted, ck48 will settle affected bets in accordance with its sport-specific rules. In most cases, bets on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid. Bets placed after a market is suspended will be voided.
• Odds may be subject to change between bet placement and confirmation. If the odds change materially after bet submission and before confirmation, ck48 may prompt the player to accept the new odds or cancel the wager.
• Any bet placed as a result of a manifest error — including a clearly incorrect price, a market posted in error, or a settlement error — may be voided by ck48 at any time.

07 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on ck48 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and specialty titles — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. By accessing the ck48 platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any ck48 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ck48 software or content.
• Use any ck48 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ck48 platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

13 Amendments to Terms

ck48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
